For a Pizza Gourmet, we have in assortment different types of Fiordilatte according to the types of oven. Only Italian milk from local cows: agerolese, bruna alpina, jersey, frisona, pezzata nera. From the classic mozzarellone in water as used in Naples to the filone, julienne cut or diced. You can therefore choose by also listening to our recommendations for a high quality gourmet pizza.
